We have formed outstanding advantages in vibration control of marine shaft system and equipment, active control of vibration and acoustic design and noise control of cabin. And we have great effects in the field of marine power device vibration noise controlling in China. We won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress in 2013, and were awarded the national worker pioneer by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) in 2014. In recent years, we have undertaken 41 scientific research projects including the high-tech ship, the projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 863 program subtopics, power projects of science and engineering bureau, and naval pre-research projects. We have won five awards such as the second prize of national scientific and technological progress, published more than 200 academic papers including 72 papers searched by SCI and two academic monographs, and obtained 43 authorized invention patents.
