Guo Yibin, doctor of Engineering, associate professor, doctoral supervisor of Harbin Engineering University, national young talent. His main research direction is dynamic analysis and fault diagnosis of ship power plants. He has participated in solving many problems of abnormal vibration noise and fault of power plants in the fields of ships and Marine engineering, and extended the achievements to the fields of nuclear power and chemical industry. At present, he has undertaken more than 20 basic innovation projects, National Natural Science Foundation of China, horizontal projects of enterprise, and participated in the revision of one industry standard, won one award of second prize of National Science and technological Progress, three first prizes of provincial science and technological Progress, one first prize of Marine Engineering Science and technology, one second prize of Science and technological Progress in Heilongjiang Province, and one gold prize of the 12th National Invention Exhibition.
