Jin Guoyong, Doctor of Engineering, professor of School of Power and Energy Engineering, Harbin Engineering University, doctoral supervisor of Marine Engineering, doctoral supervisor of Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics, and a candidate of the National High-level Talent Program.

In 2007, he graduated from Harbin Engineering University with a turbine engineering major and a doctoral degree. His main research fields are structural dynamics and acoustics, dynamic mechanical vibration noise, ship power device vibration noise control, etc. He has presided over and undertaken more than 30 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, national major / key projects, high-tech ship research, basic research and other projects. He has published more than 100 SCI papers in international authoritative and well-known journals in this field, published 3 works (English 1 department), and authorized more than 30 invention patents. He has won many honors, such as China High Cited Scholar, National 100 Excellent Doctoral Thesis Nomination Award, Huo Yingdong Young Teacher Award, and the First National Excellent Doctoral Thesis Instructor in Marine and Marine Engineering. He has won the provincial and ministerial level science and technology first prize, second prize and other scientific research awards. He serves as the vice president of Heilongjiang Acoustical Society, member of the Young Science and Technology Workers Committee of China Transportation Association, member of international Society of Acoustics and Vibration, and deputy chief editor / editorial board member of International Journal of Acoustics and Vibration and other international SCI journals.

He has guided more than 50 graduate students (more than 30 have graduated), and won the national Excellent Doctoral dissertation in Marine and Marine Engineering, the nomination of "Chinese University Student Person of the Year", Heilongjiang University Student Person of the Year, Innovation Scholarship of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Scholarship for Graduate Students and other honors. A number of graduate students went to Rice University in the United States, the University of Southampton and the University of Western Australia and other famous universities for joint training. Most of the doctoral and master students are employed in universities and CSIC research institutes.
