Li Xinhui, born in 1986, with a doctor of Engineering, is currently an associate professor and master tutor of the School of Power and Energy Engineering, Harbin Engineering University. Engaged in the research on vibration and noise control and signal processing of ship power plant. He has published more than 30 papers, of which 10 were included in SCI. He has won one first prize of national defense Science and Technology Progress, one second prize of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Progress, and one second prize of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Invention Award. Teach the graduate course "Vibration Active Control Technology". As the project leader, he undertook 5 horizontal projects of civil products, and more than 10 projects such as naval pre-research and equipment supply.
