Yang Xiaotao, male, born in November 1985, doctor of Engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor, national high-level young talent, vice president of the School of Power and Energy Engineering. Mainly engaged in the research of ship power plant testing technology and laser diagnosis technology, undertaking and participating in more than 10 provincial and ministerial projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, Marine low-speed machine innovation project, high-tech ship, basic scientific research, and Heilongjiang Natural Science Foundation. In 2021, he worked in Harbin Electric Group Co., LTD., as the director of the Ship Power Institute of the Academia Sinica. To carry out the in-depth integration of industry, teaching and research in enterprises, and participate in the formulation of many countries and industries. Led the team to break through the technical problems of power promotion of inland river vessels in alpine and cold areas, and led the team to build the first all-power green intelligent ship in northeast China, which was successively reported by "Guangming Daily", "China Education Network" and "Heilongjiang News Network".
