Liu Gongmin, doctor of Engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor. In July 1984, he graduated from Harbin Institute of Marine Engineering from Harbin Engineering University from August 2001 to February 2002. He has won the SC Science and Technology Progress Award, the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, and the Science and Technology Progress Award of Heilongjiang Province. In 1997, he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Young Science and Technology Worker" of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. In 2003, he won the "Heilongjiang Youth Science and Technology Award" jointly issued by the Organization Department of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee, Personnel Department of Heilongjiang Province and Heilongjiang Association for Science and Technology. Published more than 90 papers. By the end of 2017,45 graduate students, 40 have graduated and obtained master's degree; 6 doctoral students and 5 have graduated and obtained doctoral degree.
