Dr. Chen Liu is an Associate Professor In College of Power and Energy Engineering at Harbin Engineering University. He received his bachelor's degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering from Harbin Engineering University in 2015, and then received his PhD in Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics from Harbin Engineering University in 2021. From November 2018 to November 2020, he was jointly trained at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, University of California, Davis, through the China Scholarship Council (CSC) program. In 2021, he joined Harbin Engineering University as an Associate Professor. Dr. Liu currently affiliated with the Research Institute of Power Engineering Technology, he is a key member of the Science and Technology Innovation Team as well as the Xinghai Academic Team. His primary research focuses on the simulation of fluid-solid-acoustic coupling in power systems, prediction and control of turbocharger noise, and multi-objective collaborative optimization design.
Currently, as a project leader, he is responsible for six projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Project and the High-tech Ship Research Project. Additionally, he has been actively involved in more than ten projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology High-tech Ship Project, and various other collaborative projects. His research contributions are well-reflected in over 20 publications in international journals, conferences, and domestic periodicals. Furthermore, he has filed for more than 10 national invention patents and software copyrights and has authored one translated monograph. In recognition of his expertise, he serves as a reviewer for esteemed academic journals such as "Applied Acoustics" and "Transactions of the Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines."..
