    Wang Guixin, born on October 04,1981, a doctor and associate professor of Marine Engineering, is a famous young teacher of Heilongjiang Province, a model teacher of Harbin Engineering University, and a visiting scholar of National University of Singapore (National University of Singapore). In terms of teaching, he serves as the lecturer of national first-class undergraduate courses, national high-quality resource sharing courses and national high-quality courses. Relying on curriculum construction and teaching reform, it has won 26 teaching awards and honors, such as provincial Famous Teacher award, typical case of national MOOCs, first prize of provincial teaching competition, and provincial teaching achievement award. In terms of scientific research, we have completed 34 scientific research projects since my entry, which include: design and research on diesel engine for modular test, design and research on key components of the first 20-cylinder high-speed Marine diesel engine in China. In recent years, he has presided over two sub-projects of the national major project "Marine Low-speed Machinery Project", and participated in two international cooperation projects such as the national key research and development plan "Joint Research on key technologies of Flexible Gas Distribution of Marine low-speed engines". In the scientific research, we design and develop the high-speed diesel engine with high power density and modular test, which breaks through the power module design technology, cooling module design technology and fatigue characteristic analysis technology. The single cylinder power increases by 45% compared with the prototype. The research results support the design and development of the first domestic 20-cylinder high-speed Marine diesel engine, fill the blank of the domestic high-speed diesel engine above 3000kW, and break the foreign monopoly of high-end ship power equipment. Presided over the development of the first domestic low-speed machine full size bearing bush test platform machine, can be within 500mm diameter full size bearing bush performance test, is the world's largest specifications of thin-wall bearing bush test bench, with high precision, high load, high reliability and dynamic full condition cover, performance index is better than foreign imported models, solve the localization low speed machine super size bearing bush test validation "neck" technical problem, the research results have been listed as "2021 Chinese universities ten science and technology progress" candidate project. He has published more than 70 papers, including a number of SCI top journals (Fuel, Energy) and top academic conference papers (CIMAC), applied for or authorized 43 invention patents, and won 1 Science and Technology Progress Award of CSIC Group and 1 National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award. He served as an evaluation expert of Heilongjiang Provincial Education Science Planning Leading Group, an evaluation expert of "High-power Diesel Engine Expert Advisory Committee", and an evaluation expert of many SCI journals.
