Gao Jie, born in 1985, doctor of Engineering, postdoctoral fellow of Chongqing University (Chongqing Jiangzeng Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., LTD.), visiting scholar, professor and doctoral supervisor of University of Surrey (Luo Luo Company), was selected as "University Green Bone" in 2016 and "Provincial Excellent Youth" in 2020. From 2004 to 2014, he received his doctorate degree in engineering from Harbin Engineering University.

In terms of teaching and talent training, undertake undergraduate course "engineering fluid mechanics", "calculation method" and graduate course "higher fluid mechanics", "computing more physics field", " paper writing instruction, as the project leader and technical director, including the national work master online curriculum reform, provincial 7 educational reform projects, published 8 educational reform papers; guide more than 20 doctoral students.

In terms of scientific research, he has been engaged in the basic research work of high-performance impeller and pneumatic design of mechanical flow mechanism of gas turbine. He is now a member of ASME Impellator Machinery Committee, a member of youth Working Committee of Aerodynamics Branch of Chinese Society of Engineering Thermophysics, a member of Turbine Academic Committee of Chinese Society of Shipbuilding and Engineering, and a young editorial board of thermal power engineering. He has been invited to give domestic and foreign academic reports for more than 10 times and served as the chairman of the branch, which has a high academic influence.
